Photo: Scleral suture with iris prolapse

Here is a photograph of a scleral suture holding a complicated cataract incision closed. You can see a spot of pigment to the right of the x-suture … this is a piece of iris that has prolapsed up out the wound and is wicking aqueous out of the anterior chamber.
