
This photograph shows a fleshy, pink lesion on the conjunctiva. You can see the elevated nature of this lesion by how the slit-lamp light passes over the elevation.
This is probably a pyogenic granuloma (a misnomer) though it doesn’t look entirely typical … ie. it is pink rather than red. To get a better look at this bump, check out our granoloma video (from which this photo was captured) to see the before and after treatment appearance.
