Uveitis Keratic Precipitates (Photo)

This slit-lamp photo shows KP (also known as keratic precipitates) that form on the inside surface of the cornea in cases of chronic eye inflammation. Uveitic conditions like Sarcoidosis can cause chronic inflammatory debris in the anterior chamber of the eye and these tend to stick to the inner surface of the endothelium.
